Kwai Tsing Youth Esports Festival Kicks Off

Throughout January and Feburary, the Hong Kong Council of Early Childhood Education and Services (CECES) will be bringing to you a series of exciting and educational events in the comprehensive Kwai Tsing District Youth Esports Festival - More Than Gaming.
Parents despair when they seem to have no control over their children’s obsessions for computer games. Yet the development in gaming has drawn a huge amount of gaming enthusiasts leading to the formation of the $1B USD esports industry. Through this Festival, the CECES strives to advocate the youths, parents, and the public on the benefits and opportunities esports could bring.
This festival comprises five events.
• School visits
• Community talks
• Gaming experience days
• Online seminar
• Esports competition
(All events will be carried out according to the regulations issued by the government.)
